Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I’ve rented a car for the first time (definitely not the last one) from Vitarent and 100% will be recommending it to my family and friends. Communication is 10 out of 10, very detailed information has been provided prior the collection of the car, I don’t think I had any questions to be asked as everything been explained to such detail.
Professional staff, affordable pricing, reasonable deposit, perfect location, car was presented in a very clean condition, definitely looking forward to dealing with this company again!

Consigliatissimo! Ho avuto un servizio impeccabile , consegna e ritiro della macchina puntuale e molto preciso. L'auto bella pulita e riconsegna puntuale. Tutto è andato bene e la caparra è stata restituita integralmente, dopo verifica dello stato dell' auto.

We used Vitarent for our travels around Lithuania and were glad we did.
Every step from beginning to end was easy! No hidden costs no sneaky small print just good honest car hire.
Met in person straight off the plane a quick walk around the car and off we went.
We had to catch a 4am flight home and this wasn’t an issue. We were met again in the airport car park handed over the keys and said fair well.
The car we had was incredibly clean and well maintained also lovely to drive.
We have now built a solid trustworthy relationship with the owner Of Vitarent and will 100% be using them again for car hire in future.

It was great experience to rent a car from Vitarent. Excellent service for good price. No hidden fees. Everything was clear and smoothly. We got our VW Golf in good condition. Vitalijus is very kind and friendly person. It took around 10 minutes to pick up the car and just 5 minutes to return it. I strongly recommend Vitarent to everyone who wants to rent a car in Lithuania.
Jau ne pirmą kartą nuomojamės ir tikrai nenusiviliame. Malonus ir greitas bendradarbiavimas, kilus klausimams, į juos tikrai atsakoma. Automobiliai tvarkingi tiek viduje, tiek išorėje. Jokių nusiskundimų neturėjome, tad sugrįšime tikrai ne kartą.

Vitalijus met us at Kaunas airport with two cars as we had a big family wedding to attend. The cars were very clean and tidy. Upon setting off on our long journey, there was a a really annoying noise and a really odd smell coming from the back. Soon we realised that the car was perfect, it was just the sister in law in the back!

Great experience from Vytalius @Vitarent. Very friendly, helpful explaining available options for a family of 5 patiently over the phone, and kindly waiting us for the car handover on weekend evenings. The car itself was spotless and seemed well maintained. Child seat was reasonably priced and already fitted for us. Perfect, thanks Vytalius!

The owner is so very communicative and helpful in all aspects of the rental. If I ever had any concerns/ questions/ worries all I had to do was text him on Whatsapp and it was promptly tended to and solved. Very friendly and put me at ease throughout the process.
The car was perfect, ran smooth and we had no issues whatsoever- and we drove many many miles. Deposit was returned with no delay aswell, upon returning the car. We were given very clear instructions for the car- any new functions on it explained and any questions we had were answered well and effectively.
The owner also had recommendations of nice places to visit which was nice. Overall, a very pleasant experience, with great value cars and great communication. 10/10 would recommend and will use again next time myself.
